Paul J. Klemm received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pace University in 1995 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from California Western School of Law in 1998. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, New Jersey Bar, New York Bar and California Bar, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in New Jersey and for the Southern District of California. Mr. Klemm is a member of the Pennsylvania Creditors’ Bar Association, New Jersey Creditors’ Bar Association, National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA), Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA), and Debt Buyers Association (DBA).
